Application: Suitable for joining mortise and vertical mortise with the following advantages:
1. Ensure the adhesion of the wood billet
2 finger assemblies in turn work at the 2 ends of the wood billet, including the mortise brake and the glue roller. At the glue application cluster, the specialized glue roller box has a comb tooth design to help apply glue to each wood workpiece, while avoiding dirt on the glue and saving glue.
2. Increase factory productivity many times
With automatic billet roller with 2 continuous presses, the average joining speed is 90m/min for a 5-meter-long wooden bar. At the same time, each stage of tenon milling, glue rolling, finger wood joining are all operated at the same time, with flexible and fully automatic speed control, which brings high productivity.
Compared with the hydraulic jointing method, the HKT-620 glue roller vertical jointing line improves productivity by 30%.
